Do you use KDE? If so, there is a KWin script that might help you. It allows features like ‘mouse follows window‘ or ‘program follows open windows“.

ReactOS has been in a permanent alpha state since its first release in 1998. Would anyone want to use an operating system that hasn’t reached beta stage in 26 years? There is a better chance of Microsoft basing Windows on the Linux kernel than ReactOS reaching beta, let alone releasing version 1.0.
